Marty brings 38 years of hospitality experience to Northstar—connecting an operator’s perspective with an owner’s priorities. His career spans hotel and resort operations, development, renovations, portfolio leadership, and destination governance.
He founded Lighthouse in 2013 and served as President & CEO through 2024. After the owned assets were divested, the hospitality platform transitioned into Northstar. Today, The Northstar Companies brings together hospitality management and advisory, PLATO, and supply, supported by practical technology.
His approach begins with clear responsibilities, sound judgment, and the people who carry decisions into the day-to-day work.
